The set includes four beautiful, custom hand-built steak knives, with dense-grained Presentation Desert Ironwood handles. The convex ground blade has a long lasting shaving sharp edge. Hand polished nickel silver handle pins affix the handle to the blade. A heirloom quality leather case made of American vegetable-tanned leather is designed for long-term display and storage.
