"Small knife for big moose"
JOHN — 2 YEARS AGO
I have tried lots of different knives and keep going back to the bear cub. I just field dressed an 1100 pound moose this week only using the bear cub and a chain saw. (It would be hard to split the spine with a knife.) The knife is very comforable in the hand, easy to controll and holds an edge as well as any knife I've ever used.
  Yes, I recommend this product.
"Best knife"

The best caping and boning knife I've ever owned. Holds an edge longer than most knives.

"Cub Bear Small but Works Like A Papa Bear"

I am so glad that I participated in Federal Ammo's Bucks ,Bulls and Blades and got this knife as a promotional item, Federal's choice of Knives of Alaska is a win win situation I look into the website of KOA and boy their products are superb and got even suprised that its Made In The U.S.A. Thank KOA and I look forward to the next purchase of camping saw.

"Exceptional knife"
PATRICK — 4 YEARS AGO
I first purchased a Muskrat, which I ended up writing a somewhat negative review about. After some thinking, I felt I was being WAY too critical and picky for a knife in this price range. Regardless, KOA reached out to me and wanted to make it right. I shipped it back to them, and the complaints I had were fixed and quickly returned to me. After sharpening it to shaving standards, I quickly became impressed with how well it handled and held an edge. So I bought the Cub Bear, and it has held my respect in the company. I got both to shaving quality and haven't had to do anything but a very little bit of stropping to get that perfect edge back even after field dressing and trimming 2 Whitetails. The ability to hold their edge actually impressed my stepdad enough that he is the one who suggested that I write this review. Buy it and you won't regret it.
  Yes, I recommend this product.
"Cub Bear is perfect"
EDWARD — 4 YEARS AGO
I have owned this knife for several years. I prefer a small knife for all of my field dressing needs. I have dressed and skinned countless whitetails with this knife and could not be more pleased. The edge is fantastic and only needs an occaisional touch up with a quality steel. After everything I have put it through, it still shaves the hair off my arm. If you are looking for a high quality precision knife, this is the one you want.
  Yes, I recommend this product.
